How It All Started
Hi, Im Stacey. After years of working in corporate retail operations-supporting teams, leading projects, and improving processes-I noticed a pattern: many professionals had the talent, drive, and potential to excel, but lacked clarity, guidance, or intentional support to navigate their next career moves.
I saw talented people getting stuck, unsure how to perform at their best, step into leadership, or explore new opportunities beyond their current role.
